Jilebi

Jalebi, also spelled Jilabi, is a popular sweet dish in India and several other South Asian countries. It is made by deep-frying a fermented batter in a spiral or pretzel-like shape and then soaking it in a sugar syrup. Jalebi has a crispy texture on the outside and a syrupy, sweet taste.
