“Paani Puri” is a popular Indian street food dish consisting of crispy hollow puris filled with a mixture of spicy, tangy water (known as “paani”) and mashed potatoes, chickpeas, or other fillings. However, “vadagam” refers to a sun-dried seasoning or fryums used in South Indian cuisine.
